Organic and single-origin coffees are grown, picked, and roasted by the indigenous Lahu hill tribes of Doi Mod, Chiang Mai. The coffee cherries are organically grown and carefully hand-picked, then de-pulped and soaked overnight. They are then washed and spread out to dry in the sun, before being roasted to a perfect super-dark French roast.
