NORTHERN WOLF Organic Coffee is a single-origin coffee grown, harvested, and roasted by the indigenous Lahu hill tribes of Doi Mod, Chiang Mai. The coffee cherries are organically grown and carefully hand-picked, then de-pulped and soaked overnight. They are then washed and spread out to dry in the sun, before being roasted to a perfect medium to medium-dark roast. This organic single-origin coffee has a smooth and aromatic flavor with subtle brown sugar notes. It's a delightful, smooth coffee with a slightly fruity taste and a rich aroma.

French Roast. At COFFEEWEEK, we're passionate about sharing the unique stories of farmers, and there's something truly special about the journey of coffee from the Doi Maud hills. For hill tribe farmers, coffee is more than just a crop; it's a family tradition they strive to pass down from generation to generation, sharing a piece of their heritage in every cup. It all began with a father and daughter who both share a deep love for coffee.
For them, coffee farming is so important because of the flexibility it offers. Unlike other crops, green coffee beans can be stored without chemicals, allowing them to sell them at the right time and giving them greater control over their work. By roasting their own beans, they can showcase the unique flavors gleaned from their hillsides and share the labor and pride they pour into every cup.
We hope that when you sip their coffee, you don't just enjoy the incredible flavor—you feel the passion, resilience, and warmth these farmers bring to their craft.
