New THW projects

My dear friends,
First of all, I want to tell you how genuinely grateful I am for your trust, your partnership, and everything we have accomplished together.
I am grateful to every person who has ever been a part of my life.
The difficult ones taught me valuable lessons. They made me stronger, more resilient, and much harder to bring down.
The good ones bring happiness, kindness, and care into my life.
And, frankly, there is no third category.
That probably tells you something about who I am.
Many of you keep asking me: Who are you? What exactly do you do? And why do we rarely see you publicly?
The answer is actually very simple.
I don’t have much time for publicity.
The people involved in our projects are extremely important to me. And we don’t take on projects simply for the sake of being busy.
I have reached a point in my life where neither my time nor the time of my team should be spent on work that has no real meaning or long-term value.
Today, our projects cover the entire cycle of viticulture, winemaking, coffee cultivation and coffee production.
We begin with selecting the right land.
Then come land improvement and preparation, planting, cultivation, crop management and harvesting.
We select the equipment, train management and personnel, develop processing facilities, commission the operation, and bring the finished product to market.
And our involvement doesn’t end there.
We provide accounting and legal support, branding, marketing, logistics, and the many other elements required to turn an ambitious idea into a functioning business.
Our objective is simple:
Our clients should be able to enjoy the experience, the results and the dividends — without sacrificing their most valuable asset:
their time.
But I want to emphasize something important.
This approach is designed for people who genuinely have the means and the opportunity to undertake projects of this scale.
With our help, you are not simply creating another business.
You are creating your own history.
Something that can remain after you.
Something your children, grandchildren, and future generations can continue and remember.
That is exactly who our projects are designed for.
You don’t need to build an entire professional team from scratch.
You don’t need to spend years studying enormous amounts of information that, without practical experience in the real economy, often has very limited value.
What you need is the desire to create something meaningful — and the ability to make it happen.
Of course, business is business.
Sometimes everything is going perfectly, and then circumstances suddenly change. It can happen to anyone.
When it does, we work with our clients to identify reliable solutions — from appropriate banking and financial structures to protecting and representing the project’s legitimate interests within the relevant region.
Fortunately, in our experience, situations like these are relatively uncommon.
One reason is that many important aspects of our projects are addressed from the beginning through applicable legislation and clearly defined contractual arrangements.
I hope this has answered many of the questions you have been sending me privately.
Naturally, this is only a general overview.
Everything beyond that requires long, meticulous work, discipline, experience and attention to detail.
That is how meaningful results are achieved.
Once again, I want to thank all of our partners — those who are already with us and those who will join us in the future.
I wish all of you success, happiness and kindness.
And on that positive note, I will say goodbye for today.
Until we meet again.
